These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of tutoring services by Let's Learn with Lucy ("we," "our," "us") to you, the client ("you," "your"). By booking a tutoring session with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Terms

 - Session Fees:Each tutoring session is £40, with tutoring provided in 5-week blocks. The total cost for a 5-week block is £200.

 - Payment Due:Full payment of £200 is required before the start of each 5-week tutoring block.

 - Payment Method:Payments can be made via bank transfer.

 - Non-Refundable:Payments made for tutoring blocks are non-refundable, even if sessions are canceled by the client. 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 - If you wish to take a break or pause tutoring, this must be communicated before the start of the next 5-week block. If no prior notice is given, the full amount will be charged for that block.

 - If the tutor is unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made where possible, or a refund will be provided for any sessions not delivered.

3. Child Information and Medical Details

 - Contact Information:It is required that you provide up-to-date contact details for the child receiving tutoring.

 - Medical Information: Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed prior to the start of tutoring. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of the child during sessions.

4. GDPR Compliance

 - We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any personal data collected, such as contact and medical information, will only be used for the purpose of delivering tutoring services.

 - We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Tutor Conduct

 - Our tutors are qualified, professional, and committed to providing the best educational experience for your child. However, we reserve the right to discontinue services if any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour is exhibited by the student or if the client fails to comply with these Terms.

6. Liability

 - Let's Learn with Lucy will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the student during sessions. However, we cannot accept liability for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during a tutoring session, except in cases of negligence on our part.

7. Amendments to Terms

 - These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated Terms will be available for review.

8. Governing Law

 - These Terms are governed by the laws of  England, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

9. The tutor is not responsible for any exam results. The tutor can only facilitate learning and can not guarantee any outcome by an external exam.
